March 30th-April 3rd

Good Friday is the first day of Easter break. Zion will not be in session April 3-April 10.

We have finished reading and discussing chapter 2. This week we will begin working on our research papers.

Important Information/Dates:


Living Last Supper- will be held at 3:30 and 7:00 Maundy Thursday.  A very interactive worship service that kids will enjoy in the sanctuary.

Monday, April 13- will be our first day back after break.  It is also the baseball Cardinals home opener.  It will be another baseball day, but with regular dress bottoms.

Zion’s Musical- Our school musical will be performed on Friday, May 8th. Watch the Banner and class blog for more information in the coming weeks.

 We took some time to enjoy the beautiful weather on Wednesday by doing some paper airplane math! Students made paper airplanes, measured the flight distance, recorded the distance in feet, then they took that figure and converted it into inches.



WOW!
Charlotte Reitz read 56 books and earned 155 AR points during third quarter! This is an AMAZING accomplishment for a second grader! We celebrate her success!
