Student Council delivered the food from our chapel offering food drive. Thank for making several families feel loved and blessed to share a Thanksgiving dinner with their family.

Today we had the opportunity to tie our science ideas together in a unit about structure. We looked at the questions, What makes a structure strong and stable? After reading the book, "Dream Something Big," we made our own structures and thought about shapes that make structures strong. Everyone also had to test their structure by submitting it to a wind test. Students had a lot of fun and learned that a triangle is the strongest shape!

We used a teaspoon, a tablespoon, 1/2 cup, and 1 cup to make a trail mix. Students were able to see the size difference and practiced putting them in order from biggest to smallest.
