March 14th-March 18th :
No Memory
No Spelling
No Math Tests or Homework
Achievement Testing will start on Monday, March 14th. I will not assign homework all week in order to allow time for students to relax and play at home. Testing week takes a lot of focus and concentration for extended periods of time. I would like students to show up every morning feeling rested and ready to do their best.

Students worked on designing a bridge with the fourth graders . Students were asked to design a bridge that would hold a toy car. We planned together, selected materials, started construction, and then made adjustments. Making adjustments is the most important step in this process. Every group came up a with completely different design!
Science Lab: Understanding heat using ice cubes, body heat, and the sun.
