Students will take a mid-year assessment this week. This assessment helps me see what students have retained and helps me plan accordingly to meet each student's needs.

Science Ch. 9 Matter

Guiding questions: What is matter? How can you describe matter? How can you measure the amount of matter in an object?

We will finish up our chapter on matter by classifying different examples of matter and measuring different types of matter.
Lesson 2 test- Wednesday (pushed back due to snow day)

Lesson 3 test- possibly Friday depending on how quickly the students catch on to the concepts (study guide will come home on Wednesday )
