Reflecting on our week:
This week we started Vocabulary Packets. Each student receives a packet of vocabulary words that has been specifically picked out for them based on observations and notes taken on assessments and reading levels. Vocabulary growth has a significant impact on comprehension.
We practiced speaking and listening skills by sharing our "Dark and Stormy Night" stories.
