Math: We will pause and review this week, introducing only 2 new lessons. We will brush up on time, money, fractions, measuring, and temperature. Look for a 100 addition fact sheet coming home for homework on Monday and Wednesday.

#4- Families are doing a fantastic job with ONLINE DONATIONS! We’ve already raised over $4,000.00 through the online process.

#5- STUDENTS WHO HAVE RAISED AT LEAST $5.00 for the American Heart Association may wear ATHLETIC CLOTHING on their event day.

Reflecting on our week:
Fun with our preschool partner class on Monday...

STEM lesson on the Wyatts Towers (...you may have seen them in the movie LA La Land). We read the book Dream Something Big and added new information to our prior knowledge of structures. Most students already knew the base had to be strong, but now they know that a triangle is the strongest shape. They designed, created, and tested their structure with a wind challenge.
