Reflecting on our week:
This week was our Faith Family Group Activity.  After opening in Chapel with a Baptism song we went to classrooms for a devotion about color.  We learned about the color for Advent.  It is blue and represents the HOPE we have in Jesus.  We then made Christmas cards to send to soldiers in the military.  We closed in the church with our Baptism Remembrance celebration.  It is great to see our older students helping the younger students while they make cards to share the HOPE we have in Jesus.

Over half of our class has had time working with Electra! Teams 1 and 2 have spent time learning the basics of coding and how to make our robot move. They are excited to learn more! It is awesome to have the opportunity to work in small groups with our Technology Coordinator, Mrs. Helmkamp, in our new STEAM Lab! The next time you see Mr. Debrick, Mr. Marolf, or Mrs. Helmkamp tell them your thoughts on this new learning space. They do a great job of listening to teachers and supporting new and creative ways to help students learn.
