Writing: We have been working on writing hooks and how to start so the reader is hooked.We started with using a questions and this week we will add how to use an interesting fact and a description.

Important Information/Reminders:
No School on Friday! Teachers will be at an in-service at the Science Center all day.
In addition to the recycled items above we are also in need of milk jugs (gallon and/or 1/2 gallon) or the 1/2 gallon orange juice containers that are similar. The containers need to have a handle. We will be making jug masks in art. I'd like to start this project next week if possible. I will be bringing in extras, so no worries if you don't have one, just let me know so I can plan accordingly.
